Way Better than Paper Timesheets
I will be honest, this App was slightly tricky for me at the beginning; however now that I’m in and using it daily it is so much easier than tracking my hours on paper. Simply hit the start shift button and End shift button and sign off approving hours. Way easier!!!
Great app!
Very user friendly and MUCH better then submitting paper timesheets. Always have access and never have to worry if my paper timesheets went through.
Tech is not my friend
I am not a tech savvy person at all. I had issue finding my way around the app but once it was explained to me and the specialist my company provided walked through it with me I felt like live clocking in and out was easier for me and my staff.
Love this app
This app is so user friendly!!!!! Will take this over writing a paper time sheet any day of the week, people just need to take the time to make them selfs comfortable using it!!!!!
Aren’t even able to Log In to the App
I’m unsure why any company would choose to use this glitchy, difficult app for their needs. I set a new password and was unable to even log in with my new password. I haven’t even gotten in to the app and it’s already insanely difficult.
Worst app I ever used
Horrible
No Choices
No choices or options. After the week is done there’s no way to go back to check your hours. It’s a start but it needs a lot of help
Slow, poorly optimized, several errors
Having used this app for a bit now, it is severely in need of a major overhaul. So many issues that affect performance and makes using this app a pain. A couple issues
- There are duplicate entries for activities when entering timesheets and by default, they’re all checked. Now you have to uncheck all activities twice, why not just have them unchecked then have the user check it
- Templates. Many places allow you to use templates to fill in timesheets, why can’t the same be done here. It is much easier to apply a template every Sunday vs manually entering a timesheet each day due to lag and other issues.
- Closing the app forces you to log out which is inconvenient. If it has to do with refreshing the user’s information, why not add a “Remember me” option.

Slow, hard to use
This app is the only thing I have to use to log hours. And it is awful. The interface is terrible, logging hours is almost impossible because if it backs out at all or on accident it deletes everything. It’s not easy to use and it’s especially hard for my client. It needs a major overhaul ASAP.
App Needs Major Revision
Since the new update every time you exit the app it logs you out so you always have to sign back in. Has a lot of bugs and I can’t even see my timesheet for June because every time a try to clock in a error pops up.
