Subscription Model Very Unflexible/Expensive

Tester works great, but if you want to use proctored for travel, it’s $80 a month! You have to sign up for a year, no flexibility. It would be better if you could go back and forth month-to-month or if they established one-time fees for proctored tests for those of us with, I guess, sub-standard membership plans.

I will not renew once my year is up. Local testing is a better option since they’re everywhere now.

Amazing app, worth the money

I like how easy this app is to use and how straight forward it is. Testing with the cue reader was a breeze it walks you to all the steps one by one and i like how u can also talk to a doctor for advise or whatsoever and use the test for travel purposes. Cant wait to see how many more test they will be making in the future. Its a very good investment love it! Thanks cue for making life so much easier !

Love this app! And testing device!

When my whole family came down with Covid, this device made it so easy to test everyone, even the under 2 year olds. I can trust on the results when it comes back to me and as a mom I can’t thank cue enough for giving me that peace of mind without having to leave home. And the app is so easy to use, the video tutorials are spot on and thorough and take you step by step to be able to complete your testing process perfectly. Love this device and app!

Easy to use

The app is extremely user friendly and walks you through what to do step by step each time you take a test.

Well designed user friendly

When I was traveling for business with the cue reader, I used it to test myself every morning before I met my clients and coworkers. It’s super easy to use, only take 20 minutes to get the results, and I could send a screenshot to whoever I was going to meet that day. The ease of mind and the sense of control of my day was just amazing. Every traveler and every home should have one.

BEWARE!

No customer service at all. I have now had TWO back to back horrible experiences with their “customer service” team. Both times they have not helped with my issue or have done the complete opposite. They only care about taking your money or trying to keep you locked in! Going to file a report with the BBB, is how bad this has been. Feels like a scam. Stay away!!!

Detected asymptomatic case

My two sons and one daughter-in-law just arrived for Christmas from Seattle and Chicago. All were asymptomatic and all wore masks. Elder son and wife tested negative on cue device; younger son tested positive on cue device despite negative antigen test 2 days ago (repeat cue test also positive). Younger son is now under quarantine in the guest house. Great technology.

Makes Life Easier

Love this product. As a mom, the Cue app allows me to test my kids and myself whenever I need it. It gives me peace of mind. And the results can be printed and mailed to my kids school.

Don’t waste your time and nerves

I used their kit and test showed positive, I took it again an hour later and it showed negative. I contacted their support to help me understand the chances of a true/false positive and all they could say is “our test isn’t very reliable. Please get a second opinion” and that they don’t offer any medical diagnosis. So what’s the point of using their tests if regardless of the results I need to take another test?
