Misleading product information and bad customer service
I bought a 7/8 plus screen protector but got a 7/8 screen protector instead. The product detail page clearly stated plus, so I was under the impression that I only need to select color on the purchase page. I was later told by their custom service staff that you actually need to select 7/8 or 7/8 plus within the purchase page when clearly the product was advertised as only 7/8 plus. They refuse to change the product as it was opened ( I only found out it was the wrong size by then) The attitude of the customer service person was also not helpful and quite condescending. Very disappointed.
