Huh?
Why tf do you need my address?
The app is fine. The service is horrible.
My package was supposed to be delivered between 4pm-6pm. It never arrived. I called and reached out via email. When I finally got a response I was told they don’t know where it is and are still giving me a hassle to get a refund for what they lost. If it would have just came USPS like originally sent I would have not had this problem. Every package I order is either delayed or lost. So I’ve been trying to use other services that will just deliver to me instead of it going through them like FedEd or DHL. The only good thing they have going for them is that you sign for your packages so delivery is ensured once signed. The idea is great. The execution is horrendous. I will never sign another lease that lists Fetch as its package delivery system.

annoying
why should we have to add our address?
Fetch is a disaster
My apartment complex uses fetch, and it sounds great in theory but in reality it is a nightmare for anyone expecting to receive packages on time. First - support is nonexistent. Emails and texts go unanswered for days. Trying to call them means waiting on hold for hours only to get hung up on. Second issue - let’s say you have a meal kit delivery service with food that needs to stay cold in Texas 100+ degree weather. It gets delivered to fetch and just sits there for hours to days without getting logged where I can schedule a delivery. If it gets delivered tomorrow I’m sure all the food will be spoiled. If the meal kit service was responsible for the delay, I can get a refund. But with fetch, they couldn’t care less if I get the box in a timely fashion. So if you’re ordering packages that you don’t care when you actually get them, sure go ahead and use fetch. If you actually need your item quick don’t bother.

Not accessible. Not a good service.
Our complex recently switched to Fetch in lieu of package lockers. Now that we’ve been using the service for a little over a month. It is not great. I track my packages like a hawk, and frequently they will arrive, but Fetch will schedule a delivery either late in the day, or the following day. This is especially frustrating when priority shipping is purchased.
Additionally, the app is not fully accessible with VoiceOver, so we have a lot of difficulty navigating the app and figuring out how to schedule delivery times. Buttons and options are not labeled correctly, and this is especially frustrating because we are effectively forced to use the app (the website is not better). We have automatic scheduling enabled to work around this, but as mentioned before, we never receive our packages in a timely manner.
Lastly, if you receive a package addressed directly to you and it gets dropped off at the post office, apparently Fetch intercepts it? This feels...sketchy to me. Regardless of all the positive copy I hear from my apartment complex and Fetch themselves, this is not a great experience for the end user, and is not a good replacement for package lockers (what we had previously).

Hate the service
I hate this service. Why do I have to schedule a delivery time? It should always schedule the earliest available time. I am working from home so I am available most of the time. Since I am working, I don’t check my phone often to schedule a delivery. When I do notice, I can’t schedule for the same day anymore and I have to wait another day. I don’t pay to have expedited shipping and then have this service delay my packages and I get the honor of having to pay for this disservice. This happened during Christmas as well and then I left for vacation so I didn’t receive my package until a week later. To make it worse, if I try to bypass this service, they will intercept my package and then I have to call them to get my package delivered.

Convenient, But...
I love this concept for apartments like mine that don’t have a secure place for packages to be left, although I’m not sure why an apartment building would just not go with a package locker type service.
It is very convenient to be able to schedule packages to arrive via Fetch during the two-hour time frame of your choice, but it seems packages ALWAYS arrive 5 minutes after that windows. Additionally, they only pick up from USPS once per day or if your package from another service arrives late in the day, it may mean your package can’t be delivered by Fetch until the following day.
It is convenient and a secure, but if your delivery is time sensitive, keep in mind that you may need to add an extra day to your delivery depending on when it arrives at Fetch.

Great service
I’ve lived at many different apartments with many different methods of handling packages (lockers, leasing office room, etc) but this service is definitely the best and the app is very well made.
Being able to schedule specific times and request I be at home for specific packages instantly from the app is super nice, with notifications when the package arrives at their facility and also when the package is delivered to my door.
Customer service is also always super responsive and proactive when there’s an issue with then getting my package to my at my specified time, which happens rarely.

I hate that I have to use this company
I really wish my complex didn’t require us to use this service. The concept is fine, the execution is not.
Issues:
-The app often won’t push notifications (I have an iPhone 11 with notifications turned on, updated app, app background refresh on, etc. so it’s not my phone’s problem). When I reached out to Fetch, the reply was to check the app regularly to make sure they didn’t screw up. I guess it’s my fault that you had my package for 3 days without telling me. In the future I’ll just expect y’all to screw up and deal with it myself.
-Regularly I’ll get a notification from the place I ordered from saying they delivered to Fetch but the order won’t show up on the Fetch app for 4+hours. By the time they have it scanned in their system, the only available delivery window will be 8pm-10pm. That means a package delivered to them at 10am won’t show up til 10+ hours later.
-I showed up to the facility to do an in person pickup only to find out that they had moved locations without notification. When I reached out to them about it, they told me, “we recommend checking my spam folder” regularly. Obviously they don’t care and I wasted a bunch of time on my day of. I’ll just keep checking my spam folder on the off chance that you MOVE YOUR BUSINESS’ LOCATION AGAIN....that makes sense.
This company is bad at executing their business model. I really wish my complex didn’t use them.
