Not Useable
May 2021. When the app opens first time, it requires you search for your YMCA. The search bar is inoperative. You have no ability to find your YMCA even when carefully typing in the exact name. The screen remains locked on the search bar page. Totally unusable.Charax32

Almost there...
Everything is great except there’s no button to push to reserve a spot for classes like there’s supposed to be. I just have to keep calling to reserve which is way more inconvenient than clicking a button.stupidpoop1500
White screen of death
I used this app without difficulty until my most recent apple update. Now, when I open the app, I get the white screen of death...no functionality at all. Will not even search a location. Great, so now I have to call daily to reserve a lap lane? Not happy!!!!mekent
Possibly the worst app in human history!
Terrible and just worthless. This app hasn’t worked from day one, and now it just sits on the search page and refuses to recognize my facility’s location. In fact, it doesn’t recognize any location! Don’t waste your time, it’s pure garbage.Y-MagicMaster
Ridiculously Bad
I have an iPhone 11, and I have tried to load the Daxko app numerous times with no success. I have tried over the past two months in fact, with no success. I even got the staff at the YMCA to try to help me, twice, and no luck. Why can’t the YMCA invest in some quality programmers to get this fixed? The app is Pathetic, to say the least!Show lessTonvig
Constant Issues
I routinely have to delete the app and re-add it, updating my information all over again. Today’s issue - just a white screen that will not update or show any information. Removing the app and re-adding it tends to fix whatever bug is causing issues at any given time, but it is inconvenient.JZ_YMCA
Disappointing!
I already have this app before & just lately, it seems to not work anymore. I need to book for group exercises at our local ymca which I can do before w/o any problem. But just today, it just keeps on buffering, so I have to delete it first & redownload from the app store. And to no avail. I agree with the review I just read above. The search bar doesn’t work & would not give any search options either. Very disappointing!Show lessCreyra
App does not recognize my Y
I am having the same problem that MANY others are having. I loaded the app to sign up for swimming at one of the Y locations in Grand Rapids. The app loaded and went to a search for your location screen. The a either recognize or just froze after I typed in the location just as shown in my local Y’s tutorial vid. I deleted the app and reinstalled and still encountered same problem. I have an iPhone 6 S running iOS 13.7. Seems a lot of people are having the exact same problem.Show lesssaw the shift
Bad App
YMCA said I should download this app as they are shutting down their old one. Downloaded the app, screen comes up asking for location. Regardless of what I type in for the location and hit done…nothing happen. Doe loaded and deleted the app three times and each time was unable to get past the location screen.Show lessgnitpmfsv
