Bad app!!!
So received an email stating that our Y was switching over to this new app and the old one was no longer available after the 12th. Downloaded the new app but it would not even open up. Saw others have had this issue. My problem is why don’t the developers respond to the issues? I feel the consumers are being ignored and certainly not a way to bring new products on especially if there are this many issues. Fix it or go back to the old way til it is fixed.Show lessLil’ vegan

We took your feedback and are leaving the old app available until these issues have been ironed out, but we could use your help with troubleshooting. Can you let me know which Y you are a member of and the model of iPhone that you were unable to open the app using?Poor class search capabilities
The filtering capabilities are very poor. Some scheduled activities disappear as soon as you try to filter or select a type of activity. So you have to scroll through everything. And there is no easy way to clear your filters to do a new search. These are pretty basic capabilities any modern app should have.Show lessGalaxy474747
Awful app
Frozen from time to time on iPhone 6. App does not show pool schedule for swimming or has an option to show only swimming hours as on the Fanwood- Scotch Plains’ website. It would be quicker to go to the YMCA’s website to check pool schedule. People who wrote this app clearly have never used the Y. Outsourcing? Delete this app from my phone.Show lessthy-ha
