No follow up support in New Zealand
Our cameras are malfunctioning, only two out of four are operating - they are out of warranty. I have contacted the retailer who has no idea how to contact Concord. I have left messages on Concords website asking whether I need to change batteries - no reply!
If I’d known that there was zero after sales service support I would not have bought these cameras.

Good but…..
Great set up with the phone etc but have updated the new iPhone update & now can’t auto rotate the camera view and only have a very small window to check our cameras. If ya can update this it would be great. Thanks
Experience
This app is not exactly user friendly, bought the property which had your security camera’s installed and have been trying to figure out how to set it up on multiple iPads and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do it.
Not overly impressed with your app or your system will be setting up a completely new system unless you can explain how to set your system up on multiple iPads, not really expecting a response that too is from experience not with your company as yet but then first time for every thing.

Useless
When first set up worked fine. It stopped working and was impossible to get working again even after deleting and downloading. The concord support documentation is practically non existent and what is there is of no help. Buy from another company.
Disappointing Experience with concord app
I got Concord app over two years , in the beginning everything worked fine but
recently my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite reinstalling the app, I encountered persistent issues with it not loading on my phone. Additionally, one of the key features I was looking forward to, the ability to check my camera while away from home, simply did not work. Instead, the app remained stuck in a perpetual state of searching without any resolution in sight. Overall, I'm deeply disappointed with the functionality and performance of the Concord app, and I would not recommend it to others until these issues are addressed.

Broken app or cameras?
Something here is very broken. The live feed function is very buggy, it cuts out after a couple of seconds for no apparent reason. Then the camera will go completely black and it looks like it’s thinking but nothing happens. Sometimes quitting the app and restarting works, but often not. Really needs a lot of work. Might be a camera problem which is even more concerning. We also can’t change the camera settings from the app. The option is available but if you click on it, the app hangs.

Great
Great system easy to use and set up and install yourself sometimes it’s a bit slow when you log in on phone but it’s most probably my internet. All in all it is a very excellent system which gives peice of mind while your away 👍
Not worth the money
Honestly for what i paid for these cameras, i could have had purchased something else that works way better. Also the app is terrible. Takes forever to load, i have to completely close the app and open back up again just so for the cameras to show. The whole process of setting up on my phone was a nightmare too. Had to restart everything for it to work, even had to delete the app and then download it again. Wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

Concord App won’t load most times
This app was fantastic to start with but after 3 months would not load the camera views. Sometimes black & white, most of time not at all. Deleting & reinstalling the app fixes the issue but only for 5 mins. Annoyingly I sold my IPhone & bought a new one as I thought that was the issue but it does the same. A real shame as the cameras are fantastic, I just can’t see them without reinstalling the app each time. I’ve had no joy finding any product support either.

Concord security
Ever since the recent update I lose connection on my phone after 4 days it comes up with connect close can you please sort this out it’s never done this in the past 2 years of owning this it’s not the internet connection
