Bed looks great with great tech. They tell you nothing about shipping. Lie about timeframes. Been waiting 4 months. They never communicate unless i call or email. I had high hopes here but his company does not care about it customer.

Do not buy this bed
Rest bed app is horrible. Never connects, can’t adjust bed, the split queen has giant gap, rest doesn’t honor warranty. The people hang up the phone and will not fix bed. Over priced absolute garbage.

Update….. I just got this bed on the July 16th, 2021. The pumps do not function right. My bed is stuck on high firm and will not adjust. I’ve done all troubleshooting suggested. So I call the number left Shannon a message AND email with no response. I’m very frustrated because I waited 6 months for my bed and it’s trash!! Plz help or I would like a full refund. Ellisa white ***UPDATE*** So the very next day customer service responded and after some FaceTime the Tech decided to send a new pump next day delivery. As of right now I’m happy with response time and troubleshooting. I’ve yet to get the new pump but I was promised that the problem will be resolved. Once we get everything sorted out I will be updating my review. I’m patient and understanding but regardless of complications if the outcome and product is good I will rate accordingly!

Junk-Worst bed I have ever bought and customer service and tech support is a joke! Save your money and don’t buy it!!! JUNK!!!!
Relief for shoulder pain ✅ now please make stomach sleeper setting
I really am liking my rest bed so far. It works the best for back sleepers, and then for side sleepers the “position” mode works intermittently.
I am a sleeper who tosses and turns all night so, I really need a smart bed that can adapt to side sleep -> back -> stomach, because I sleep in all those positions throughout the night.
As previously stated, the position mode is an awesome feature, but needs more data for improvement so it can quickly adapt to movement.
I am an athlete and have a shoulder injury that can flare up if I sleep wrong on one side of my body. When the position mode works, and detects I am sleeping on my side it’s awesome. However, it works probably 60-70% of the time.
PS: Rest, if you can add a stomach sleeper option to the “Position Mode” I will be your biggest fan and will never stop advertising your product!

Amazing bed and app
The reST Bed is outstanding and the app knocks it out of the park. The app is simple to use and makes it easy to make adjustments to the mattress. The Night Vision option is fantastic providing detailed sleep information. Currently, the Night Vision portion of the app is in Beta and as can be expected, some bugs exist but I am sure they will be worked out.

Absolutely wonderful!
This bed changed everything for me. I had no problems with setup like some of the reviews mention. I found that having my devices updated and following the setup directions made it cut and dry. I’m 2 months in and simply amazed
Still mediocre
We were so excited to get our REST bed. We waited two months for delivery, with quite a few customer service issues along the way. We finally received great support from Sarah and she kept me updated on the shipping issues. Once the bed was delivered and set up, we had constant issues with the pumps. Every night they would disconnect and go offline completely. Multiple times a night. We’d wake up with the shoulder and hip bladders completely flat. The sensor pads were all over the place in any mode and even on the lowest setting in automatic mode. The sleep tracking was gimmicky at best. Needless to say that we returned the bed. It, nor the app, are ready for prime time.

Keeps getting better!
The app used to be kind of rough around the edges, but they keep working to improve it. Especially with the latest app and firmware update, I am sleeping even better. Keep up the good work!
