Really love this app

I really love how I can see a calendar view of the month, with gradient colors showing my mood fluctuations for the day! I also love all the graphs and that I can set them to show for the week or month, and that there are weather, sleep, and physical activity tracker. I believe this app is going to help greatly in identifying the patterns of my mood and what triggers them to go up or down. It’s also going to really help when I report to my therapist and psychiatrist, because me sense of time is vague and my days seem to blend, so it’s hard to tell them how many days I’ve been depressed vs happy vs whatever, or what was going on that might have influenced the ups and downs. Overall, this is the best and most useful of the 3 mood tracker apps I’ve tried. I do hope more activity icons and emoticons will be added, and I think maybe a “thought/behavior challenger” or similar CBT/DBT/ACT prompt would be useful, to go along with the regular free-form journal and the gratitude journal.

Big fan, paid subscription, slightly concerned

This is a great app. I’ve used it for a year, chose to pay for it after a couple of months to support and say thanks. Pressing ‘insight’ has helped me recognise what I do on good days and when I might feel blue. Then I can do something about it.
It was updated today and I have sinking feeling that’s its making a classic mistake of getting too cluttered. I went to settings to turn off some new functionality but alas no choice. If next update throws more, without being able to opt out, I’ll sadly look elsewhere. Always improve yes but it’s effectiveness and usefulness was it’s simplicity and being customisable. It’s not Fitbit or health app, nor a recipe hub. It’s a mood app and daily journal. Stay true developers.

***update*** Thank you developer team for contacting me. I did my daily entry this evening and spotted the ‘customise’ button at the bottom of the entries. Blush. This was what I was looking for in Settings. Happy to find it and remove the extras that I don’t need and were making it cluttered. Thank you!

i've been using this app to track my mood for about 2 years now and never had any issues it's helped me so much with keeping track of how my medication and lifestyle have effected my mood and i've been able to utilise this app during therapy to help better explain myself as being an autistic person that can generally be quite difficult for me so thank you so much for the all of the care you put into the app walter i've really really been appreciating it as a part of my daily routine and helping me better understand and improve my mental health

This app has been a small part of my life for over a year now. It’s an excellent way to put your emotions into perspective, as well as see how your emotions shift throughout the day. I’m also so grateful for the team behind this app, plus there are no ads unless you specifically want to watch one to support the creators. All around this is a fantastic and well put together app that I can’t believe isn’t way more popular.

Amazing!

I honestly rarely write app reviews, but this app is wonderful and needs more positive attention. I think it deserves to be high app on the app store because of how great it is! You can customize almost every element (for free!). Unlike other apps, you can add many types of emotions and activities as well as create your own. You can also view all of your stats in many different formats which is super helpful. There are even options to create your own color palette and labels for feelings! This app is beautifully designed. You won’t regret downloading it. I hope I continue to like it throughout the whole new year!

Great app

I have only used this app for two days and it is amazing. I don’t have Moodflow plus but I would if I could. It’s making me think about stuff ranging from what I am grateful for to how much sleep I get to making new habits. The design is amazing and it doesn’t push ads in your face it simply asks if you want to support Moodflow and you can choose if you want to watch an ad. Highly recommend this app.

Just a fun simple little entreat for the day, I like to use it as an overall account mostly on my mood trying to lean towards more of the positive ones

My favorite app

I love Mood Flow! It’s so easy to use, and a fun tool to see your progress throughout the year. One of the best parts of the app, in my opinion, is how there are no ads unless you choose to watch them! I’ve never encountered this before in any app, but because it’s so thoughtful, I find myself watching a few ads every time I add an entry, just out of gratefulness. You can tell that there’s so much heart put into it, and that’s what makes it so special. I would give it many more stars if I could.

This app exceeds all expectations!!!

Ok so I rarely review apps but this one was worth it. This app gives you so many options to work with. Different calendars to track moods, a journal to see entries, so many charts to visually see moods or day ratings. This app is very customizable and that makes it perfect to use. I can use it how I please. One of the best parts is that there’s no ads, and no annoying promotions to upgrade to the pro version!! Seriously just try to app for a week and you’ll love everything about it like me!!

Change for good

Focusing on my negative thought patterns the app has been so helpful in realising that I have more positive than negative in reality. Two weeks in it’s a great way to note diet, lifestyle, other triggers to keep an eye on or notice change my moods and perspective. Great app, highly recommended.
