Fix the app so i can use the product!!!!!!
Why would you make this app dependent if you weren’t capable to maintain the app???
What happened…
I’ve had this since the beginning. It’s been in the closet for awhile. I was a backer before it officially existed.
Here I am years later and I can’t even open the app, it just crashes…
I guess this thing is useless now?

Terrible customer service and even worse device and app
The customer service rep and I think owner was a complete jerk about his product. This app doesn’t function and the device is a brick even after getting past the other login and connection issues listed here. Don’t waste your money.

Can’t sync between phones
You can’t sync data between multiple phones. I tried setting up the app on both my phone and my fiancé’s but it only allows one phone to be connected to the feeder at a time.
Also, it would be nice if we could set the time we want the “day” to reset. My cat gets fed at 7 am and 7 pm. The app resets the feeding info at midnight so any food my cat eats between midnight and 7am is not accounted for.

Tip for those who get SSL
I haven’t used this thing in 2 years and when I downloaded the app I remembered why, it didn’t open. BUT… I searched my email and the rep in 2021 told me to turn off Wi-Fi on my phone and then try. It worked!! I was able to log in, I just did the firmware update and have been movement patterns from the last time we used this and it’s currently intriguing/freaking out our MONSTER of a Ragdoll kitten (he’s 16lb) who needs constant stimulation or he attempts to destroy the house. I think this will work. My older cat is excited it’s back out again too!
So… if you have the SSL connection error and CS isn’t getting back to you, turn off your wi-fi and try it again. Worked for me and I hope it works for you bcs this thing is pretty cool.

App wont sync
App just not working, not allowing you to be able to sync the device at all. Tried countless times just not working.
Customer clearly is not a priority
So it has been 3 months since I have been able to log into my app. I keep getting SSL login error on my app and I have been trying to reach out to the tech team using customer support but no response so far. I also notices other reviews with the same issue so my conclusion was that the company itself might be out of commission. But I just noticed developer notes from a month ago, which means they are still active but just don’t care about customers. They don’t care about negative review, about email and feedback. Maybe one of the the products who don’t even have faith left in themselves. Now I just have to live with this expensive dog toy which has no use now.

So Disappointed
I’m using IOS 15.6 and couldn’t even get passed the registration page of the app. No matter what I did or what troubleshooting I did, it came back with an SSL error. I was never able to use the product because the app never worked - and there was NO customer service. No one responded to my emails and the phone number went to a weird voicemail. So disappointed.
