App error makes robot useless
I got the VARRAM fitness robot a little while ago to keep my cat entertained. I was excited to try it out when it arrived, so I charged it, downloaded the app and followed the steps - but when I got to the Add Device stage it errored out and got stuck showing me instructions for a completely different device. So now I’m stuck with a very attractive brick. It’s a shame - the robot looks well made but these issues with the app make it useless.

Can’t even log in
This app has had so many bugs that it’s been a pain to use. Now I can’t even log in.
Paperweight
Servers are down, can’t use what is now a paperweight robot. No functionalities are available without logging in to VARRAM servers.
SSL SERVER CONNECTION FIX
Simply disconnect from WiFi then sign in.
I’m guessing they changed one of the communication ports and it’s blocked by most WiFi routers.

App is riddled with issues, makes you useless
App has so many bugs and the schedules won’t delete, save or update. The toy now no longer works unless you play manually which defeats the whole purpose. Going to be returning toy as a result of the crap app they made
Cats best friend
Happy with the product. Our cat loves this toy. I am giving 4 star because sometimes the robot doesn’t follow the schedule. Sometimes it turns on in the middle of the night and wakes us up. Wishing there were more updates with new features.

This should only be marketed for cats or small dogs.
This item didn’t even last a day in my house. I have tried emailing and calling for refund, and all I get is a voicemail and told they can give me a credit.

Update on earlier review: I deleted the app and reinstalled. It works great now. This is seriously the BEST toy my dog has ever had.
Error
Same review as many others. Can’t connect to the server. When I got app support button, I get another error. Like like they just closed up shop maybe. Seems like you should just be able to turn the toy on.
