After working w/ tech support the app and the bot are working fine again
PRODUCT USELESS WITH USELESS APP
The app quits regardless of uninstalling and reinstalling- leaving my dog very sad. Without the app, the VARRAM robot is USELESS!!! Itโs been two weeks since the app has been quitting upon launching. The major flaw with this device is that there is not way to use the robot without the app, leaving behind an awkward paper weight and distressed pup.

App wonโt even open
App wonโt open, so the toy is completely useless without the app. No way to control without it, fix the app! It quits automatically after one second when I try to open it
No longer works at all
App worked well when I got it. No longer works at all (after most recent update). It just jams and then crashes after launching. Itโs very disappointing because the toy no longer functions without the app. โน๏ธ
Still needs some improvements
The schedule is a little bugged on my iPhone. Sometimes is impossible to edit them. Also would be nice to have the option to schedule according to week days. Keep it up!
Fun robot
This little robot has my cat interested, which is not an easy task! App is very user friendly. I hope someday an update will help it recognize stairs!
Cats love it!
Fun robot and easy to use app. I only wish there was a way to start auto mode outside of the 3 min test and scheduled times if I want to watch them play with it.
