Pointless

The selections in this app do not describe task that I am assigned. It’s like using a pair of pliers instead of a wrench. Also depletes battery in phone very very quickly.

Please contact our support line regarding your specific workflow and described tasks within the app. In relation to battery, this new driver application doesn't drain any more battery than our previous application or any other mapping applications. If it remains a concern, please reach out to us directly and we can work with you on a solution!

Bad

Needs a lot of fixing I have an iPhone and I don’t even get notified if I have a run. Unless I’m in the app and when my dispatcher sends me a message I don’t get notified. Please fix this ASAP. I have an iPhone XR.

Previous Version Was Better

6.0.1 is junk in so many ways.

No reason I should have to choose ALWAYS in location services. Should be able to choose “When Using App” instead, and not have a pop up every time I enter the app.

Notes is missing now

Now takes longer if I deliver and don’t receive a signature because it use to have a quick toggle option if I did get a signature. Also with no “notes” option, where do you suppose I should enter a note telling that I left the delivery at the door, and didn’t get a signature?

Keep the old version, and just streamline the code.

I use this app on MY iPhone, and I will not set location services to ALWAYS. With version 6.0.1 a large pop up comes up EVERY TIME the app is accessed to try to get me to go to settings and choose ALWAYS. This will force my department to provide me with a tracking device.

Again, 6.0.1 is JUNK

Hey Spider223, thanks for your feedback! The application needs to track location when you are logged into the application. The "Always" selection allows the location to be accessed when the app is not in the forefront but you are still logged in (ie. when you are using the phone or other apps). Location is not accessed after logout, therefore, "Always" really means "While I am logged in". Additionally, you can access the notes for any order by clicking on the order at the Arrive screen or the Report Delivery screen. Please reach out to us with any more questions or concerns!

Old app showed you location on the map in app. This one doesn’t. So can’t tell if near destination unless you open up directions. Also get no notification of routes or stops being added
