Unable to connect to camera via this app on an iPhone. Had to use PC instead

This app is supposed to would with iPhone (iOS all up to date) but would not connect.
No Bluetooth
Could be an Apple issue? Apple on Bluetooth or the app does not see the VAS signs. Had to use a PC instead.
