Won’t let me book
I purchased a class package and the app won’t even let me use it and book. When I pick a class and go to book to prompts me to purchase more packages! I can see my class package but it’s like frozen and can’t be used.

This app never works
It will not let me sign in
Cannot Log In
The application was so easy to use! But then I got logged out and couldn’t log into the application, while the website still works. The error message says “unknown error occurred”.
Can’t even login
Would love to use the app but I can’t even login. When I use my email and password I get an error “unknown error occurred, try again”

So much easier to book into classes! You can sort by location and view class times and types. Love this!
Makes life much easier
Oh, the ease of being able to view everything I need in one place! I can view the schedule at each location. Now that I book my classes all at once, it’s helpful to use the browse by date feature. And if i forget which classes I’m signed up for, I can even view them in the app! My favorite part is the ability to book a private through the app and my most favorite part of the NYP app is viewing My Attendance - all the classes I’ve attended which makes me proud.
