Can not be connected with mac!

Works great when it works
Works great most of the time, but sometimes the app freezes and only some tracking data is sent
No English
The App Store says it’s available in multiple languages including English, but really it’s only Japanese. This would be fine if it connected easily, but it doesn’t. It continually gives errors that non Japanese speakers can’t read.
