Very easy app to learn
Very impressed with how easy this app was to start using.
A must have software
We have been using SortScape for a few years now and it is extremely easy to navigate. It make our planning of daily jobs very straightforward. The team can view the app on their phones and add notes, read instructions, find relevant information about jobs, clients, contact details, addresses and attached pictures. They can issue invoices as soon as the jobs are finished and track all the time spent at each client. Highly recommended software and app.

Super functional but would love more flexibility
Iβm loving this service and app. So easy to use to maintain client details and scheduling. Job reports for the whole team are more consistent and streamlined and saves so much time.
Love the ability to add in countless products we use for on the fly recording and quick invoicing.
A couple of things that I would love to see implemented to bring out even more flexibility to the app would be
1. Creating a dedicated iPad app that mirrors more of the function and capabilities of the web based product. The phone app is great but has its limitations. To be able to take an iPad into the field (less bulky and easier to navigate than laptop) that could have more of the features due to bigger screen and functionality would be amazing.
2. The possibility of offline capabilities. Quite commonly where our business is based we run into patches of no signal or wifi. This makes it impossible to load the app or job. Even if it were possible to have a weeks worth of scheduling download for offline viewing and reporting and then it just uploads and syncs when back online would take away some of the frustration of not knowing what tasks maybe required for a job but unable to load due to lack of service.

Best scheduling app
I run a small mowing /gardening business in Australia as a solo operator, with about 100 regular customers. Iβve struggled since day one with scheduling,Trying everything from my Apple calendar, hand written diary to some pretty expensive programs. I got lucky and came across SortScape, and since then have not looked back. Simple, easy to use and the information available on my iPhone is laid out perfectly when Iβm on the go. The developers respond quickly to questions and have even taken up on one of my suggestions.

Highly valued tool for my business
I run a gardening business with 250 regular clients. Thanks to sortscape I spend very little time scheduling. I never have to worry about forgetting a client or information about a job.
I would pay hundreds of dollars per month for this app. Under $15 per month is a steal (I have even asked them to raise prices)!
They save me countless hours, stress, and make integrating with Xero super easy! They are also extremely responsive and happy to take ideas for upgrades to their app
