-Added vacation block visualization. If you have a block in carecloud labeled "VACATION", the date of the block will turn red to alert you have patients scheduled on a block day and the block details are visible when you click on that date. -Added new log in process that does not require UUID from Carecloud so new users should be able to log in even if their practice is not listed on the log in page. -Fixed bug upon log out/log back in that data was not loading properly -Fixed bug where data was duplicating and showing appointments more than once.
