User Menu Search Filter - Lacks Functionality
When compared to the ZKTeco web interface, the User menu search does not support partial filters. Specifically, on the mobile App, when entering a value in the First Name or Last Name fields, it needs to contain the exact spelling to obtain a results set from the search.
However, when compared to the web interface, one only needs to enter a partial criteria in either name field. For example, if “Andr” is entered in either Name field, any entry that “Contains” that string of characters is returned in the search results.
In our use case, having partial filter functionality on the mobile App would be very helpful, especially when the operator does not know how a complete name might be spelled.
Would hope this gap in functionality is addressed in the next release.
