Very Easy to Use
Bigin is supper easy to use! I have never used a CRM but my new job asked me to test it out! For someone that has never used a software like this it was very easy to use, set up and very functional. It is not overly complicated and very clean software. You have lots of customizable options, yet it has enough functionality to execute all the essential functions of a CRM for any small or medium size business. It is easy to setup, so you can quickly start to use it and it soon help you get your sales process organized. Pricing per user is very appealing and you’re not feeling like you’re purchasing a software at a heavy price point. excellent value for the price you pay for it, highly recommended!

Great for small business startups
We’re starting up a small trade business where we visit customer’s premises, quote on security installation and then try to win the job. Bigin is great value for money and has all the features we need to manage our customer base.
The app is clean and fast and does a great job alerting users of upcoming events and tasks booked in the calendar.

Simple and easy to use
If you new to CRM, this is the best place to start. And its great knowing that your hard work in setting it up can be migrated to the full Zoho CRM when you are ready.

Great for on the road updates
I have a very busy scheudle that involves extensive travel and prospecting for new customers. The Bigin mobile app conects seamlessly with the platform! I can access my target contacts, deals, and create notes to keep orgainized. I would highly recomend the platform and mobile app for activity based salesfoks on the go!

I have been using Bigin for around a year due to its cost effectiveness. However since they removed chat support the support can take days to respond even to critical things. Overall a good crm
