The app is well designed and easy to use. There is still some work to do on the CRM itself, but I really don’t have any complaints on the design and functionality of the app. Making phone calls from the app will automatically log the phone call which is nice.

Bigin by Zoho CRM is a great app that I use on the daily to organize my clients and keep track of my sales funnel. I highly recommend this app, 5/5 stars

Intuitive CRM system
This is by far the easiest and most intuitive CRM system I’ve used and I tried plenty trying to find one that I wouldn’t have to keep checking the help section to find out how to do something. The deals section is really clever and it’s easy to keep track of what you’re doing. Definitely recommended

Bigin not a small CRM
Bigin has changed the way my business runs and functions! We have the power or a large CRM without all of the ‘added’ stuff my small business doesn’t need. The communication between team members and even our clients have gone to the next level with Bigin! Highly recommend this product to any size corporation that doesn’t want to pay for functionality that is not relevant to running their business.
