Doesn't work, don't waste your time
The app is pretty but not functional. Multiple cards that work everywhere were not accepted, received an error message. Tried to call customer support but there was no answer. This company is a scam. I recommend boycott and put them out of business, make room for a better company that actually works

I rate this company’s courage. They have revolutionised the painful Istanbul journeys. I pray that they succeed despite the stupid yellow taksi lobby’s threats and violences. Its been a breath of fresh air for all of us.

They don’t delete my account
There’s no an option to delete your account/personal information. You have to send a message/email via inbuilt feature to the technical support team to get your account deleted. I have messaged them couple of times over 6 months but they neither delete my account nor respond to my messages.
Tavsiye ve memnuniyet
Bugün motorlu taşımacılıkla tag uygulamasını kullandım. Çok memnun kaldım. Yalnız kask giyilmesi gereken durumlarda sürücünün galoş veya benzeri birşey bulundurulmasını tavsiye ediyorum. Genelde kask’lar temiz olmuyor, herkesin aynı kaskı kullanması zaten hijyen açısından sağlıklı değil.
