  • Extremely Costly.

I had high hopes for this app initially. I paid for the pro version of the app (they have a free and paid app available) I even purchased the phone number private phone number ($30/year) they suggested.

I’m being hit with cost for left and right.

You need credit to schedule the Messages cost money)...

Even though I paid for the app, I expected to pay a little extra however, this is ridiculous!!

You’re better off just paying $30/ month to have a second cellphone line.

To schedule my first group text to a few of my current clients I ended up coming out of pocket $80+ - it was a message to tell them they were on my mind and see if they had any questions for me...

***There’s no way to send text using your current cell phone number. You need credit to send messages and credits varies based on the length of your message (character count) that’s with the purchased of the private line they recommended....

I’m still searching for a better app. Best of luck on your journey

**UPDATE** I actually found a phone that allows you schedule text message. It's a built-in feature.

Should be there enhancements in the future, I might give it a second try

You can get free message credits by viewing mobile ads in-app. Also, thanks for using the Pro app. Our price per scheduled text message within 110 bytes is about $0.05~ - $0.07~, depending on which package you purchased. The second, yes it costs you $30/year, or $2.5/month, to get the second cellular number that can be shared with unlimited iOS devices at the same time when they login with one account. And yes it is also true that texts need to be charged by the length of message content, which is enforced by mobile carriers. You are paying $1 to buy the Pro version because it provides the premium SMS delivery quality, 2-biz days tech support, and pre-built ecard templates, as well as other enhanced features including auto text reply, auto text forwarding and shared line. For all of these enhancements, you won't get them from a traditional mobile carrier's subscription, which as you mentioned, $30/month. The third, I don't know the reason that you spent over $80 for a group texting. Excluding the $30 for second cellular number you spend $50 one a task. This means over 800 text messages, or about 200 picture messages sent to your contacts. Unfortunately with such amount of automated texts the cost can't be cheap - please think about how much you need to pay to a mobile carrier per month to get a monthly package like this. Not to mentioned that none of them will offer the automated, or scheduled texting function and you need to send them by hand. The last, still thanks for using our app and giving feedbacks. UPDATE: Yes you shall be able to get the scheduled texting feature in Android phone, but not in any iOS device. As long as you consider you consider the. enhancement features are useful for you, please have a trial. They are already part of the AutoSender Pro 4.0 .
  • Need a subscription and charge for a number

You have to pay for a subscription and then pay a monthly fee for a number to get the messages to show up from a number instead of a random cloud number.

Yes owning a phone number will need the cost. That number is a real and valid phone number that can send and receive text/picture messages. The cost of owning the number is much more cheaper than getting it from any mobile carrier. If you don't mind using a random cloud number to send automated message, you do NOT need to pay for it.
  • What an awful app

Why charge use 0.99 then ask us to pay more for to send texts. What a horrible jip. All these stars must have been fake reviews. Please do not use this awful app. Lesson learned the hard way.

As stated in our app store description there are in-app credits needed to send scheduled messages. This is because Apple does not allow developers access to their send feature so we store and send each scheduled message directly from our server. We are charged for every message we store and send on our server, therefor we charge per scheduled message to ensure we are not losing money. When reviewing apps in the future please ensure you properly read the app store description so you can understand how an app is expected to work. Many people are happy using our app as they understand what to expect from it.
  • Doesn’t work it all

It doesn’t work it all. I even contacted customer support and they were not able to help. Very disappointed since I paid for the pro version.

  • Bad lineup

This system will text your clients from a number other than mine and it will auto add a line at the end saying
Reply to (your actual phone number)

Could you make it seem that you couldn’t care any less about your clients that someone else is texting for you!! This app will hurt my business, not help it!!

If you are in a team environment, you could be seem less caring or personable if the recipient see this outcome. Just a plain horrible idea. I am getting my money back.

Hello, Thank you for trying our app. Please note we state right in the appstore description that the message will come from a phone number that is chosen by our server. " 1) The sender phone number is generated from cloud service but not your own number." This is the only way to send scheduled message through iPhone as Apple does not allow developers to send messages directly from a users phone. This means that any scheduling app on iPhone will follow the same logic.
  • Did not work

Spent .99 on the app plus 4.99 on credits. We tested it out twice (took 5 credits each) and it did absolutely nothing. It said it has sent, but that is not true. Disappointed.

  • Subscribed!

I have been using this scheduler app for months now so I can’t even explain how excited I was when I saw the subscription feature added.
  • Great customer relations management tool

If anyone is looking for a CRM tool, you have found the right app. It’s so easy to reach out to customers before or after a meeting to confirm the appointment or to thank them for a time.
  • Love the new subscription features

I have been wishing they offered a subscription feature since I have started using the app, and love it now that they added one! This is the best messaging app I have ever used to send scheduled text messages.
  • Great for birthday invites

I created birthday e-cards for my daughter but wasn’t sure the easiest way to send them until I found this app. I just uploaded my photo, create the group with everyone I wanted to invite, scheduled and sent the message! Very simple.
