Bad app
Gps like a joke not works on half block mostly. Show wrong most of times also. And when have missing and mark missing i have problem next day mostly. Last time nobody couldn’t fix it and i missed block also… Need to improve app.

I've found that the app is very good and normally when delivering it 99% of the time goes to the correct address.
There does seem to be a generic address which is always wrong in Leeds. It goes to an address called Wynter Avenue which is an industrial Estate.
The first time it directed me there I was late to my last delivery as I had to call the customer who couldn't speak English then in the end I ended up just using the address on the parcel to get to the correct address.
There is one issue that is really annoying when you get called back to deliver more parcels. The app should give you all the parcels at one time rather than being called back sometimes there is traffic and you can't back in time!!!

This has the right idea just not the correct implementation for example it is very confusing it’s no humans you can deal with in person at all these stations which would make I’m pretty sure 97% what peoples issues are is due to not being an actual point of contact and Ai doing a lot of things that a human being would know is not possible and it has nothing to do with time it’s just a lot of things are unknown so how would the time be factored in including how you don’t get time for the arranging of packages and the route you want to take which in itself would tedious being as though they send them out the fulfillment centers without being numerically numbered by where located on the order you were to deliver or pick up so that in itself can be at least 30min to 60 minutes just to load it up correctly so when you arrive your not searching through all the packages at the stop which would be longer then if you have 44 stops 5 hours and location is 45 minutes away not including if you end up stuck in Traffic no consideration because support is horrible literally are a waste of funds absolutely no help liars very much then they have very sneaky tactics to leave you stuck and no resolution or compensation for all your troubles it’ll drive you crazy not being judged for what you’re doing only the bad not even 1 month and I’m stressed

Fraud and grabber
People are using grabber with this app , they should terminate with flex and no longer to do this job cause if effects other offers.
I would say please take it concern caused old drivers on flex account are not getting shifts anymore.
