Worst business
Will be calling a lawyer, as the ‘Landa’ folks will not refund me my rent money. So the house I am in was for sale (they didn’t even tell me, I found out on my own) sold… again they did not tell me it was finalized. I paid my rent as normal, and a couple days letter I received a letter from the new rental company and to pay rent to them and they are now taking over my address. For weeks, I’ve been asking for my money back or for them to forward it to the new company. I’ve provided my ph# and a direct ph# and extension to the new company. They haven’t reached out and all they say is ‘oh no, I’ll tell the PM’ GIVE ME MY MONEY!! Be careful, as they have horrible service and will hold you money hostage

Love Landa
Good support team
It’s not renting like it’s 2022-it’s the worst!
App never works, late fees always do though. Been several weeks now with the app not working. When you email Landa to let them know, they tell you they’ll let the tech team know…. Nothing ever comes of it. Save yourself, do not rent from Landa Residents! You’ll never speak to a person, or be able to login to pay your rent.
It’s not renting like it’s 2022. It’s renting like we’re playing house and it doesn’t actually matter what happens.

Absolute garbage
So your new “landlord” is this “Landa” thing? Good luck. Bye bye to making a regular rent payment online. No, they want your entire life laid out in their app. Driver’s license? Social security number? Bank log in and current balance? Annual income? ALL OF IT. Need to make a payment but short? The bank will pay it - anyone heard of overdraft protection? The payment won’t hit your account for 2-3 days, and you’ve got a deposit pending? But “Landa” can already see you don’t have the full amount! So they WON’T EVEN LET YOU TRY. Personally, I hope the developers of this SCHEME all end up INCREDIBLY BANKRUPT. Or, and this is just a suggestion, TREAT YOUR RENTERS LIKE PEOPLE AND NOT JUST A LINE ITEM ON YOUR SPREADSHEET. 🤬🤬🤬
Edit: A year of dealing with this company and still nothing but bad to report. Currently I’ve been trying to get our rent paid for 11 days, but the (garbage) app they make us use won’t allow me to sign in. They know about it, but that didn’t stop them sending a late notice email this morning. How hard should it be for a company whose job it is to collect rent to do just that?! There is no other way for me to pay my rent, no website I can go to, no address to send a check to, nothing. Sounds like some *super professional* people running this thing, huh?! 🤦🏻♀️

Does anyone work here?
These 5 star reviews are clearly from people investing in this app. I lived in a home that was purchased by Landa and I’ve never had a worse experience with a landlord.
Example: our AC went out while we were out of town in July and Georgia and the home was 90 degrees when we got home. Landa has no emergency line and every contact we had we reached out to and they didn’t answer. So naturally we called an HVAC company. Landa told us that we can only call if we’ve discussed with them first regardless of the situation. My roommate made a joke that if the house was on fire we should call them first and the girl replied, “ yes you should” needless to say we paid for the service.
Moral of the story is your landlord is an app and your on your own and if you can accept that, it’s the a decent place to live.

total Fraud- Full Scam
dont waste your time. This app is full fraud. what ever is listed is jot available for you. its a way to get your personal confidential information. BE very Careful. Think 1000 times before you pass SSN and financial data and credit score.
Good idea!
This app makes life easier :)
Constantly not working
You have to pay rent, open work orders, all of it in this app and it very frequently doesn’t work. Not great when you get charged a late fee because of a buggy app.
Also, you have to give them access to your bank account to make payments. You don’t wire them anything, they just take it out. If you want to go around that, it’s a real headache. Nightmare of a system.

DO NOT RENT HERE
Horrible management - the people on the app will respond to issues saying they’ve told someone to contact you and then it will take another 2-3 days for someone to contact you and then another 3-4 days for the issue to be resolved. We lived without heat for 2 weeks before they gave us a space heater.
The actual “property manager” who lives in the area (not 800 miles away like the app people) never answers the phone. Our building has electrical that a contractor who came to fix it said was either never inspected or was “an inside job” because it’s definitely not up to code. Property management cannot be done by an app - again, if you can help it, DO NOT RENT HERE
