Frustrating
Slow confusing response. No one answers the phones. Clunky reservations change process. Has taken 3 hours and still not achieved.
I like the free car selection choice
As a member of the president club I like the freedom to pick the car I like better usually there a fair selection to chose from.
Authentication code not working
I'm experiencing login issues because I'm not receiving the authentication code sent to my email. Even after resetting my password, the problem persists. This repetitive process of resetting passwords is frustrating. Please address this issue. Thank you.
Very poor App
Tjis apps serves basic functions but that’s it. This app is the worst among car rental apps. No help for the end user, no arrival instructions and no info on car after renting. Look at Avis.
Great app but Apple Wallet support is needed

Can’t add to Apple Wallet. Press button to add and get ‘technical error message’. Please fix.
Worst car rental company
I have taken car for rent from hertz more than 20 times. Now I am going to stop. no road side support, no customer care support, such a worst mobile app. Customer support can take more than 1 hour to connect and the support person simply say they cannot access our rental record. They will suggest to call the rental location directly, the rental location number god only knows if you know the number still no one answer your call even if call continuously for more than 100 times.
It’s waste of time, this is public domain that’s why I am using polite words otherwise I would scold like anything. Hertz is a third grade cheep rental company. I don’t recommend anyone to use Hertz for car rental.
Enterprise or Avis are 1000 times better than Hertz. They have very nice cars, quick service, quick customer support.

The Hertz app was simple to use and completed the task in 40 seconds. Superb.
Currency
The app doesn’t indicate what currency it’s charging in - is it Australian$ or New Zealand$?
