I found setup easy and intuitive. I appreciate the option to macro any button.
I know development is tough. Could you pass this suggestion to your team?

I would give it zero if I could
Brand new remote and it will not pair with this app on iPhone 11 Pro Max, 3 different phones. Also won’t pair with a fire tablet or iPad.
This app just spins and spins. Does nothing. No way to contact from inside it.
Email goes unanswered. SofaBaton app and remote are complete garbage. Support is worse.

Don’t buy, it now requires to register
It’s a bait. The latest update requires to register! I will never buy their products again, and I will tell anyone I know to steer clear from them.
Need online account
Why do I need to login to an online service? I just want to see what devices are supported before buying the remote!
Not user friendly for Apple TV
If you have a sound bar, Vizio tv Apple TV and a cable box…uggghhh. Not friendly. Cannot get Netflix going without macro but then macro takers button. Just terrible. 1/2 buttons don’t work as assigned…Might as well use all remotes separate if have to change device by scroll wheel. Logitech wax way better.

Forced to create an account to program remote
I was able to program my remote up until a few days ago without an account. The app is now requesting that I create an account to program a remote. Please allow us to program the remote without an account.

Ever since the new version launched the app crashes anytime you try to sign in.

Why did you add a mandatory account to program this remote? I don’t want another account just to update this basic remote.
The TV power control was not very reliable. The macro functionality also works about 1/3 of the time. Looking forward JFT2a less intrusive, reliable smart remote

For the love of all that’s holy, just let me pick form a list of codes. Don’t tell me to push a button using a name that refers to a symbol that I don’t know BECAUSE I’M NEW TO USING THE RMEPTE YOU BUFFOON WHY DONT YOU ACTUALLY PROVIDE A MANUAL.

Good but need some improvements
Definitively this smart remote control is good, affordable and it does the job but it could be easily improved!
For example the list of models should be in alphabetic order, now is not.
The range of IR is weak in some environments, for example: if you have a glass table or any obstacle (even a small translucent one) between the control and the equipment, will not easily connect.
The iPhone app will no pair automatically with the remote. Once you pair the app in your phone with your remote for the first time you should not have to do it again all the time. Now you have to.
But in general and after some improvements it will have the five stars for sure!
