App frozen and not aligned to iPhone 12 Pro

The app freezes and doesn’t seem to be aligned to the iPhone 12 Pro screen specifications. I can’t also login because of the bad sizing.

Crashes everytime I open it

“I am using iPhone12 pro max with latest software upgrade and downloaded this app 3 dyas back. Unfortunately whenever I open it, it crashes everytime within a second . Don’t know what’s wrong with it!!”

I sent the above text to the mentioned email and they didn’t say anything about why the app is getting crashed, rather talked about how to login online and in app!!!

Crashing

I couldn’t even open the app in my phone and my phone is updated with latest IOS so phone is not the issue.

Badly described

15 minutes on the phone with medibank. that is how long it took me to find out this app is for overseas members. it should say that in the description. 15 minutes and 4 phone transfers because no one on the hotline knew what they were talking about.

Painful

Trying to enter your date of birth is the most frustratingly painful experience. You can’t just write it in. You have to find it on the month per page calendar then requires you to click next page over a hundred times. Plus closes itself regularly so you have to start again. I have given up. Will delete app

Cant login into app

I am unable to login with same membership number and password as it displays incorrect password. With the similar details i can easily login online.

Cannot log in/register

I cannot log in to my existing account (saying it’s invalid password) while I can via your website. And it says ‘membership not found’ when I try to register.

Not able to log in/ register

Not able to log in to app, neither register from app, using existing OSHC membership number, always show can’t find the match number. The cover is active and i can access online.
