Pretty Poor for These Days

App works well in some cases, however you need to be aware of a few things:

It doesn't work in all areas of the park,

Not all restaurants and facilities are in the app despite on park saying u can use it.. eg in some restaurants.

The owner discount can only be used once.
On your first order, and not in subsequent orders.. for eg:
Ordering food (get discount) but then when you want to order drinks it says can only use owners discount voucher once, so no discount applied.

It doesn't help when you ask staff they say they are having issues with the app, but you have to ask to find this out. There is no signage at all to asvise about this.

Some restaurants are named incorrectly on the app.. for eg in Lakeland… the Lakeside Bar comes up as the Barrel and Mash. The app tells you you are not in there, but when you scan the tables it says you are??

Given how long they have had to sort these issues out its a poor do to find out for yourself there are issues with the app.

Terrible app

Choose your time slot before ordering and then as you go to pay the slots not available and takes you to start the order again. Tried to use Apple Pay but this failed and then had to restart order again missing the slot I wanted so then had to start again. When selecting basket to pay all 3 orders totalled up I then had to delete and double check my whole order. Would be much easier to say time slot not available but your order is saved please choose another time.

Meh

Only one choice of food places which is disappointing. Very clunky to use app with too many options. Constantly getting spammed to save the venue as a ‘favourite’. And payment through Apple Pay failed as it was asking for my surname even though all my details were updated ! I didn’t change anything and tried a second time after going through all the options again and it eventually worked. Very annoying.

Excellent service

Used the table service for the first time and it came very quickly and was delivered by Wayne who was lovely and friendly.
When ordering at the bar the staff were great and just seemed happy to be here and were happy to explain how the app worked and talk me through different cocktails. Very impressed :)

Unable to place order due to low signal

The mobile data was poor and therefore I couldn’t place the order. Unfortunately even in the shop itself they were not allowed to place an order. So I just had to try to find signal, then I had to wait 45 mins to pick up my food even though there was no one in the shop and I was stood outside! Just seemed silly

Incredibly stressful!

We just wanted to order drinks but this has nearly ruined our holiday! The first evening my parents couldn’t order drinks as they don’t have a mobile phone and were shocked to be told they could not order any drinks in any of the bars without using the app.
I have tried to get the app so I can get all of us drinks and thirsty children needing drinks, to be told I didn’t have the right app and needed the serve app instead.
It’s taken me about an hour to get all this sorted all while not having much signal or battery and now we are all really stressed!
We will be writing to Haven Head Office to express our thoughts on this.
We have never encountered a situation like this before.
It’s also nice to be able to up to the bar and speak to the staff.

Now working

Put a review complaining that it wasn’t updating the drinks orders so we had to keep going into each individual section. It was only orders from weeks ago. But since my review it has cleared my old orders and my most recent orders are now on the app
How’s that for service 😁

Don’t bother

Well we booked a table at Weymouth bay for our wedding anniversary, easy. But after being seated and left at the table for 33 minutes without drinks we decided to leave. I was unable to locate table 20 on the app to order drinks which I thought would bring someone over but was unable to do so. Wedding anniversary meal was a papa John’s pizza. Will not be using the bar or restaurant again. The restaurant is only half full I would say, but they are run off there feet serving drinks & food to the lucky few

A efficient way

A really good way of ordering and it tells when they don’t have anything so there is no disappointment of not having what you want and no running back to ask for another option, so it’s really efficient

So Convenient!

This app is brilliant! Being able to order drinks from the bar direct to your table without having to wait in a long queue is super convenient especially when you have little kiddies with you. So handy as well being able to order Papa Johns pizza to your table so you can sit and enjoy the entertainment without having to nip off to get food.
