Poor support! You will only find out that there is trouble from their end when something is wrong on your app and after reporting the issue to them. Support team doesn’t announce if there is trouble from their end. Takes time and lots of transfers when you’re on the phone because they don’t have a dedicated line for MRI rentfind so you end up pressing any button just to speak to someone to put you to the right team. Mind you, the wait time is too much. They will support via email which doesn’t help.
As a PM we always need an answer as we are always time constrained specially entry and exit condition reports. I end up giving entry condition report a day late sometimes and we know what means in the eyes of court. I had the opportunity to use Inspection Express from a previous job and far more better in my opinion.
