Abysmal
Words do not suffice to describe this poorly designed, incompetently implemented app. Suffices to say that, although I got a confirmation for a spa appointment in the app, the appointment was nowhere to be found at the spa itself. Oh, and it does not allow me to login with my credentials (the submit button is not activated for some reason). I love the hotel (have been there several times) but the app is damaging its reputation for excellence.

I paid top dollar to go to this hotel and I am frankly disappointed in this app. It looks like it was made by a 6 year old. I hope a new update fixes its horrible quality but for now it is 1 star.
