Great game though their account management needs work
I recently downloaded the game and made it to level 36, but realized I wasted a lot of early game resources. I decided that I wanted to start over and be smarter early game. This has been a nightmare. I was able to start a new knight and linked it my Google account as opposed to my Apple, and played the new knight for a while. I decided I wanted to switch back to the old account and see if I could play both. I signed out of the new knight and tried to login to my older Apple account and, after some misclicks, I signed into the Apple account. However, the game keeps saying I am logged in on another machine and won’t let me get into the game, nor will it let me switch accounts it just keeps trying to login on the Apple account and failing telling me to close the game on the other device (I have only ever played on my phone so there isn’t another device). I am effectively locked out of the game. Not sure what happened, but the game is not built to have multiple accounts. Other than getting locked out I loved the game.Show lessStarted off great
Awesome game when you start playing, then the uphill battle starts. You will get a bunch of stuff that you can add things to enhance your character until you don’t have the money to pay for the ability to remove add ons instead of just losing them. I could of used them for my other heroes but nope. The riddles don’t make sense. You can’t find any caged characters unless you go to each section and go through each of them just to find them. Pointless!! I have majority of upper level equipment and without getting 40 of the original ones so I can merge them together is another thing you can’t find easily. You’re constantly going against upper echelon of opponents while you are only allowed to carry a certain level of weapons and always felt overpowered and outmatched. You can’t attack anyone you want, so you get mowed down trying to get rid of the 3 tanks they have in the way who are maxed out. With all the crappy build a base games, idle games, or monotonous resource collecting drone games and the few really good games are all $$$ just to be competitive. Tighten up people dam!! Bigfoot 🦶🏼Show lessPay to play, takes away from fun
Look… not gonna lie here. Games fun. Truly. And, I’ve spent money to keep playing, probably ~$40 into it. I’m at this absolutely frustrating point around level 25 where I can’t beat the main missions, don’t have enough equipment to transmute, grinding every day for upgrade materials (let’s be real, it’s going slow), I keep running out of energy and it keeps telling me to spend gems I don’t have which cost money…. Like dude, when I play games I don’t just want to turn it on for 5 minutes, run out of play time then bug off to my other things. If this game felt about twice as playable in regards to effort that translates to progress, I’d arguably have no problem spending more money. But my dudes/dudettes, make the game so I can spend 30 minutes to an hour on it without having to spend money. I get if I want to beef up really quick to get passed this difficult point, I’d happily spend $5 a week or so to do that. But when I feel the $10 I spent made an insignificant dent in progress, takes away the fun.Show less
