I’ve used better
I’ve used other rv apps with previous camper models and this is by far my least favorite. Levels and reading seem to work well, HOWEVER you basically have to be inside the camper to have it control and with the way the screens move in the app you have to press JUST right or things won’t “move/work”
I was up on the roof blowing off the slides and tried to close the slides while up there and I couldn’t get a consistent signal, the motor would start and stop only pulling the slide a couple inches before stopping again. Sooo frustrating!

Continuously fails
An absolute piece of crap. Jayco should be ashamed at forcing unsuspecting RV buyers into having to use this software. It’s obvious no one from the Jayco head shed actually tested out one of their RVs more than casually with this software.
Updates for new RV models
Stop updating for new models without first fixing what doesn’t work right or still works poorly. I know we are a captive audience/users, but I won’t hesitate to rip this ill conceived computer controlled system out and go to manual operation if I have too.
Please don’t buy a Jayco
Hi Everyone, wanted to share a couple thoughts! Jayco’s look amazing and they are “nice” …at first glance. I bought a brand new 2022 Jayco Eagle and within 8 days my (retracted) awning fell completely off the trailer causing irreparable damage, my factory installed solar was hooked up wrong from the factory and had not ever worked, oh yeah I HAD A BATTERY EXPLOSION as well caused by the progressive dynamics inverter that was factory installed, the sliding closet doors don’t have strong enough plastic to keep it from ruining the finish, water pressure has never been consistent especially from shore power to dry camp (what are these for?), numerous pieces of wood broken, glue on all of the interior walls. If you’ve read this far, just don’t buy Jayco…

JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK
It’s absolutely useless. Even with great connection and/or Bluetooth it never allows you to control anything. It MAY work 1/20 times when you try to use it. For such an “high class” rv you’d figure they could do better than this. Love the camper but very disappointed in the jay command.
Stopped working
Useless app.
Stopped working this morning saying I need and update from the Apple App Store, but no update present so now the app is not usable.
If your going to provide an app at least support it.

Can’t use for leveling motors
This is a new version and I can’t use it to level the RV…it says list communication but I can use the app for everything else. I really need it though for the leveling because I can’t see the hitch when I’m tethered to the outside control panel. NOT GOOD
Zero stars and terrible service
Like many, our brand new Jayco Open Range 2022 screen/tablet stopped working.
We have had nothing but issues with this since we bought it. Now they are denying warranty because I unscrewed two screws to take a picture, that they requested, of the tablet serial number.
Instead of helping the customer they find the easy way out to deny warranty and blame Jayco.

Last update broke awning retract and extend from app
So while this SW and FW seems to be getting more stable the last iPhone update broke the awning retract and extend from the app
Garbage
Slow, disconnects from motors pretty much every time, runs like crap on the android tablet in my Eagle HT. Would’ve gone with old school mechanical buttons if I could do it again. Infuriating product that triples the setup time of the camper. Jayco, ditch this.
