This app is an amazing way to calm your mind and help yourself through depression especially when you have no idea what to do. The diary part is what helped me the most just being able to write my feelings down and seeing how my weeks get better.
Simple, free and helpful
This app is incredible. It gives genuine, helpful and attainable activities and goals for any stress, anxiety, depression, eating disorders ect. It gives long term solutions and goals such as recipes for eating disorders or journaling. It also gives a quick fix, its distract features could not be more helpful in a panic attack or when I’m suicidal. It gives lots of options as well as having contacts and information. I seriously couldn’t recommend this enough. There are no ads, and no premiums, just helpful resources.

THE BEST
Absolutely the best, I was feeling very bad earlier. Then I filled out the reasons to live for and it gave me extreme hope :) Made me way happier. Nothing’s ever working before than this app, this app is amazing. :)

This is so helpful! This should be so much more recognised as an app! Has so many great resources, distracting activities, tips, as well as records of numerous things and crisis helplines all there in the app. A really great app which I hope gets better known!
