Essential Platform for Dispatch and Operations Management
Having BuildOps has been a game changer for our dispatch and scheduling. It’s great being about to great jobs on the fly, see the location of our techs and the ease to pull inventory stock and PO generation is clutch.

Great Decision for our Business
It was a great decision to switch to BuildOps for our business. We have been live just under a year and have already seen improvement in our field/office communication. Our technicians enjoy this field app and find it easy and straight forward to use. We wish it had more to offer to our operations managers to be able to quickly manage some scheduling aspects while on the go.

BuildOps review
So far so good. Was tough at first getting to understand how to operate the app. But as time went on it became easier and easier to use. Had a slight “syncing” issues reached out to their service which was easily accessible. Soon after got a response and they were very helpful.
Sometimes there glitches where you have to re enter values. But other than that it’s been easy to use.

Almost a year
In May we will be one year from ‘go live’. We split from one project management/service/accounting package to Build Ops and Quick books. The transition was not smooth, but the overall product is great. Cutting back on paper every day and creating more efficient workflows. Our customer success manager meets with us every 2 weeks to answer questions that help us through training and questions. No regrets in choice of software.

Loving BuildOps
My company (small electrical contractor focused on commercial and industrial service work) moved from mostly paper and pencil to BuildOps about two months ago. They handle everything from quotes, to dispatching, to invoices. Overall, we’ve had a great experience. The best part is the BuildOps team we have working with. Easy system to use
We’ve been using BuildOps for just over 2 years, the technicians have had no issues or problems, easy to use even for the technology challenged 😁
