We are still not 100% in utilizing the necessary modules in Build Ops and the implementation has been a bit lengthy. We are anxious to get the last few bugs worked out and to operate in full Build Ops mode.
We have have seen great improvement in our days to bill by a 50% reduction as the process is more streamlined and easier for both the accounting and management teams. The quoting tool has helped us to improve our quote turnaround time as well and overall provides a better way of managing our quotes.
Overall, the Build Ops team has been very helpful and supportive even now, 10 months after go live, we have a Build Ops team member onsite for 2 weeks to help us work thru our processes and workflows. Build Ops has been very receptive to our suggestions and feedback which we appreciate immensely. We are happy with our choice with Build Ops and would recommend it to others.

App crashes a lot
I am a field tech using this app every work day. It crashes several times a day. When i fails to refresh which happens alot the app just shuts down and i have to re open it and enjoy the delay for the refresh. Techs are locked out of the main website so when the app crashes there is no backup……. I do not recommend for HVAC based work.

Significant improvement over the prior system.
What did I do before Buildops? Earlier, my employees could only handle a few jobs at a time; now, they can handle 2-3 times as many jobs. It greatly simplifies expansion.

Our company has experienced a significant boost.
We wanted a programme with a robust delivery capability, as well as cost accounting for our larger projects and a more streamlined manner of recording purchase requisition and stock utilisation on smaller service jobs. All of the other tools we looked at focused on project management or small service calls, or did not interact with our accounting system. Buildops has met our expectations.
