Not compatible with iOS 16
Your app is or allowing me to active my Sobro . You need to optimize it for iOS 16 it updates to 98% then says it can’t connect. It’s on 2.4 ghz it’s Just randomly happened after the update. Please address and support the product your createdThe Closer CCP
Only had it for a few days and already having problems
If you’re looking at getting this app you probably already wasted money by on the side table. This is a review for the app only, not the table. In theory the table is great if only the accompanying software worked.
I have had the table for only a few days and initially everything was great. Then today noticed the front light flashing and the app indicated that I was no longer connected to Wi-Fi. Ran through the setup process again three times and failed each time. What changed? I have no idea. Obviously this is something that can be corrected with an app update but looking through older reviews this appears to be a known issue that the company cares nothing about.
So I would not recommend this app and I would recommend returning the table as soon as you read this. Why give a company money when they clearly don’t care?Show lessmoonpies42

I see the reviews and it’s been a couple years. Still no updates to this app??? What are you doing sobro!! So disappointed with the wifi issue and not being able to connect! Update your app! Fix it!bizzy goody
It’s like the company just gave up…
I’ve had other smart devices where the companies gave up on the products and supporting them after a couple of years, but most at least got to the point of a working app and product and held on to support for a few years before they gave up. The weird thing is that they are still selling the product but not even trying to offer things like the locking drawer which was a big selling point. Right now the only thing that works well is the cooler drawer does actually keep drinks cold and I live in souther Arizona where the sun is always trying to kill you, so that is very good that it works better than I expected. But the alarm feature is not at all reliable. I am lucky to be an independent contractor that sets my own hours otherwise I would not be able to rely on the alarm (and yes I kept the app open the entire time, it was hit or miss). The Bluetooth speaker rarely works but sometimes it just turns on randomly and it will just start blasting a video I am watching out of no where. It doesn’t happen often but really shouldn’t happen at all. The only thing this app really seems to control is the color and on of feature of the LED lights in the front and back of the unit. That’s it. I don’t even open it anymore.Show lessasdcp9
Can’t NOT find my product
I can’t not find my product. It only has smart side table on this app and I have the smart coffee table. I’ve had table about 4 years now JUST setting up on this app and not having any luck. I love my table thou was thing about getting 2 side tables 🤷🏾♀️ but I want to get this one set up completely!

Garbage a** app
Can’t even connect to the WiFi to control the lights. What a waste of technology and money. Would have been simpler to add an on off switch for the front light.
