  • Don’t get. Don’t buy. Just save yourself the headache

    Table has been randomly disconnecting and will not reconnect. It will shut off as soon as I hit the wifi connection then say “username or password invalid” yet every device can connect without issues. Support is not helpful at all and clearly don’t give a damn. Tonight has been the worst, I have it set to motion. So the front light came on and never shut off. Went in to manually shut it off and message says “offline go to settings to reconnect “ then it completely took out my table and now there’s nothing showing. Their way to say screw you start over. And then we still won’t allow you to connect. Not happy with this table or the app or service.

  • Terrible

    Absolutely awfully programmed app; my side table was working perfectly fine for the past year I’ve had it, then I accidentally pushed the WiFi connect button instead of the Bluetooth connect button, and I can’t get the table to connect to WiFi/the app anymore. So that means I get the wonderful 100% brightness flashing white light on the front of the table flashing constantly, so I can’t use the unit as a night stand anymore because it’ll keep me up all night with the flashing lighh, unless I unplug it and make it a paperweight. Absolutely redicilious; I was going to give them a pass for the issues initially because they’re still a startup, but come on man, this thing has been out for almost two years now and we still don’t have a locking drawer. What’s so hard about enabling a feature on the app for a product that already has the hardware built in? And who’s the genius that programmed the bright flashing white light on the front when the WiFi disconnects? Such a stupid decision.

    So much on the device just to have a non functioning app. Super sad. Clean look and design just to let the app fall short.
  • Wouldn’t recommend. Dont Waste your time

    I was seriously so exited for this table and it’s been nothing but let down after let down. This side table is anything but smart. The cooler feature is really the best selling point. The company clearly doesn’t care anything about the app or making it better. It errors out / crashes when trying to add new products. The group feature is non-existent / doesn’t work when syncing multiple tables. Smart charger on top hardly ever works. The humming of the table operating is not quiet. I wish I could get a full refund. Contact support for help and they don’t respond for weeks. Many thumbs down. Buy a mini fridge, get an end table that looks aesthetically pleasing, put LED multi-color light string on it and you have better product than this.

  • The app is worthless a year after

    No updates in 8 months tells me the company stopped even trying to figure out why so many clients can’t make it work. Just fire your developers and get some professionals who can figure it out. For the amount of money I paid it is very frustrating that it still does not have the lock feature working nor can I even get the app to work. I’ve tried everything that was suggested. I’ve contacted the company. I’ve gotten some useless suggestions as far as sending them videos of what I do and still nothing works.
    Don’t get this cabinet unless you feel like paying a lot of money for just a plain cabinet that does nothing.

    And none of them connect to the WiFi.
    So the motion sensor I never get to use
    This is the most expensive wireless charger and fridge I’ve ever purchased. Wish I could’ve read these comments BEFORE I purchased 3 of these and a coffee table
  • Unusable

    Will change rating once I can use the app.

    Got the table a while back and had no issue connecting to the app. The app was rough but I got it off Kickstarter so I expected it to gain a better UI as time went on.

    However, I have since lost the ability to connect. Trying to reconnect fails every time. Contacting support is useless as they told me to turn off every Bluetooth device in the house. I can connect to my neighbors devices at times. Am I supposed to have my roommates turn off all their stuff and then call my neighbors? Ridiculous. Also, to connect to the app you have to put it in set up mode, aka the light in front is flashing. If you fail to connect, it doesn’t stop flashing. I tried to connect before bed the other day and it flashed for at least 10 minutes before I had to cover it up.

    Last time I was able to use the app, you had to hit the Bluetooth button every time. No locking drawer, changing the lights was a pain, not able to connect to Alexa or have any type of voice control. At this point I don’t even want the table anymore. I could have saved money by getting a mini fridge and a wireless charger and would have been happier. Looking into returning now.

  • Nice Concept But....

    1. The table never stays connected to the internet. This is a problem.
    2. Why can I only control the cooler through the app?
    3. (Actually should have been 1) WHYYYYY must I keep connecting the bluetooth feature to use it?

    I purchased this table in hopes of making things quick and seamless, but it has been anything but.
    I really hope you guys take the feedback received to heart. This really has the potential of being an amazing product.

  • Ugh

    There are a lot of issues with the app. Can’t connect to WiFi that has proper passwords, can’t use the supposed lock, can’t pair the two side tables I have as one, Bluetooth shuts itself off.....my original was more scathing then this but the bottom line is I love the side table and hate the app.
