  • Noise then impossible to connect

    After about two months of working my sobro side table began making a loud clicking noise. After much time with support I received an email saying corporate said I should take off the back panel and blow the components with compressed air. Having done that, I cannot get my table to reconnect to my WiFi. After many more phone calls to support I was supposed to receive a form by email to submit to manufactures. It’s been two weeks and that email never came. I’d like my money back. I’ve spent way to much time and effort to get this product to work.

  • Won’t connect anymore

    Used to connect, but doesn’t anymore so I tried deleting the connection on my phone and start the set up from scratch. Now, while connected to my wifi it says “Please connect your device to Wifi” and I can’t continue with the set up process.

  • Unusable

    This app was great for the two days it worked for me. When I first got the side table, after a dozen attempts could finally get my table online. It somehow disconnected a little while after and I haven’t been able to successfully pair my table to the app since, almost two months later. I’ve power cycled, reinstalled the app, etc but there’s something fundamentally wrong with the app. And because there’s no way to control the table outside of the app, my side table is just a $500 charging port. I can’t use the fridge, the lighting, connect to bluetooth, etc. I hope this gets fixed soon but I mostly just wish I hadn’t invested in the IndieGoGo and saved my money.

    I can’t add groups? Showing “error” when I try, I have two tables.
  • Doesn’t work with my old phone

    Using iPhone SE and won’t even see my network. Cannot proceed with set up. Disappointed in this app because I cannot use it.
  • Yeah...This is kinda jacked up

    So, I’m rating my Sobro “experience” at this point...I’d like to be rating the app, but as mentioned here by several different people who undoubtedly are in different parts of the country (possibly world) that have the same exact trouble: WiFi. And whats SOOOOOOO troubling about this issue is that wifi is LITERALLY the foundation of ALL APPS! LOL! (...and that was a nervous ‘laugh to keep from crying’ type of LOL) But, seriously...wifi connectivity is needed to use most apps OR allow an app to communicate with the world as necessary. It is the one thing in this app that should work flawlessly. I can’t even get pass the initial set up because of the lack of wifi connectivity. I’d even give the app a pass if it connected to wifi, but had trouble speaking to the table. See, I’m generally a glass half full guy. I know people are just imperfect beings trying to create perfect experiences and that is impossible to do. I expected hiccups. I had to listen to my wife tell me we got scammed for the past 12 months every time there was a production delay. And, just when I was FINALLY vindicated, I can do nothing with the table. (Do you know how much it stinks to lose a year long argument to your spouse, Sobro???!) Although, the app is HORRIBLE so far, I am rating it 3 stars. This is SOLELY because the Side Table looks DOPE! And it seems like most features will work. Also, because I believe in humans who go out into the world with the bravery to create things not created before. I believe in you Sobro! Let’s get this app working and revamped to work with next gen (or current gen, for that matter) wifi that STAYS connected and gives me a “W” in the spousal disagreement tally log!

    App freezes when trying to log into account. Unable to access after multiple attempts.
