  • WiFi issue fix

    If you are having issues with connecting to WiFi, you’ll need to use a 2.4GHz network to connect. Could not connect to 5GHz but once I switched to 2.4GHz, it worked immediately.

    Generally, the app functions but had a number of errors and needs improvements:
    - You cannot Edit the name of a side table. Pressing save takes you back to the list of tables and the name doesn’t change. Frustrating to remember which side of the bed ends in 46 and which in 25
    - You should be able to set multiple alarms as many of us have different schedules on weekdays vs weekends or different days of the week.
    - No option to lock drawer as described on in Indiegogo
    - Bluetooth should be discoverable at all times on the table

    UPDATE (reduced to 2 stars):

    The alarm failed to make sound this morning even though the light went off. Opening the app seemed to log me in again and this seemed to cause the alarm sound to fail to go off. An alarm that does not work 100% of the time is a useless alarm.

    These should all be fixable issues (maybe not Bluetooth if it’s a hardware switch). Fixing them would make this a 5.

  • Won’t Connect to Wi-Fi

    I bought this side table for the ability to control these supposed “features” via an application. App won’t connect to WiFi to setup. 18 months after purchase & incredibly disappointed.
  • Can’t connect my table

    The table is great but after 3 or 4 hours of on and off attempts, I still haven’t been able to connect it. My roommate also cannot connect to it with his phone. It keeps saying please choose the correct wifi and try again.

    Looking forward to future updates but as of right now, the app is completely unusable for me.

  • Two tables, zero use!

    Besides the fit and finish issues, my brand new 14-month delayed side tables (I bought two) refuse to connect to any WiFi. I have very large paperweights. So disappointing.
  • Love the table, update the app

    Actually, I got their coffee table and not the side table. So the app is not compatible for this older model. It’s all good and my bad :).
  • need a lot of fixes

    -Side table bluetooth should be always on. pressing the back button everytime i want to connect is not practical.
    -alarm is 90% failure. when it does work, my phone rings insteads of the side table.
    -the app should include multiple alarms
    -the app should have auto-save functionality. to make it simpler instead of saving everytime we need to change a function.
    -locking the cabinet is not available on the app.
    -the table needs a voice assistant such as alexa to interact with. i don’t want to use my phone everytime i want the table to do something. also makes it a smart side table.
    -i can’t use the table without a phone which is another reason for voice assistant. Also licencing it and applying it is as easy as ABC. if the table doesn’t have a mic you should include one on the next version or send us an external one.
    -five stars for the table but the app is not ready!

  • It (kind of) dies the job

    So it’s only day one... hour one of having this side table.
    Super excited about cord management and I have high hopes for the table.
    The app though and talking to the side table is different. Having issues connecting it to my WiFi. Had to try my main, then my guest, then my main WiFi again. It kept saying it couldn’t connect.
    After I did get it connected, it worked for a few seconds and then when I was exploring the light settings, the table had gone “offline” and then I had to reconnect it.
    It is connected now but changes such as to color (motion not working at all yet) typically are taking 1-2 minutes even after leaving the app to relay back to the table.
    Really hoping to see improvements in the updates to the app for responsiveness to the table.

  • Works, with limitations.

    Please enable local access! I shouldn’t be required to sign in to use my table, nor should an internet connection be necessary. This should all work locally. Even better if we had MQTT options.

    So many features once I got used to the app. Good support if you have any questions or issues setting up :)
