Horrible Machine Transcription
Attempted to use this app to supplement my phones voicemail transcription, but it’s useless. It only got 4 or 5 works correct out of a very clear 40 word voicemail. I’m not sure if the upgraded (paid) version works better, but I’m not going to waste my money finding out.

Excellent app, I find it hard to sit down and create content by writing but this app has allowed me to create unlimited content simply by talking.

Poor quality transcriptions that make no sense.
The best for transcription!
Very user friendly and accurate! Just upload your audio and it transcribes multiple speakers and includes the times next to each speaker!

In response to your response. On the front screen there is a check box to approve data collection. On the data collection page it states very clearly that the data will be collected and sold. Wish I could put screenshots here. You can say “oh you don’t have to check that” but no way I trust you won’t do it anyway.

Isn’t worth it.
I have a bit of auditory processing issue so I figured a app like this would help with my schoolwork so I could read it back later, but when I recorded my teacher what came back was mostly indecipherable nonsense, it missed a lot of words or misinterpreted them quite badly, I wouldn’t bother paying for this.

Not instant transcription
This app makes to give them your email address and sends the transcript later. Not useful for Deaf and hard of hearing people who are trying to make sure their exchange is being interpreted correctly or for communication at the store or elsewhere. Really this app is probably only good for lectures that you want to review later

Test for myself 🙄
Was excited to see how it worked and was planning to purchase the Pro $24.(00 or .99) per month. Next step down was only $10.?? Per month but limited to 2 hours recording.
I attempted two different test. I’m writing a novel and like to take notes when they hit me. I don’t like going back and attempting to decipher my own recordings later on but, taking written notes is easy to incorporate into my writing.
1st attempt reading the first couple of paragraphs. Stopped at the 7:00 minute mark and hit the transcribe 1 minute for free. Received an error message. Then attempted to email and see if it would transcribe that free 1 minute. No go🤔
I repeated the process but spoke slower and enunciated the words much more clearly. Again the error message We’re sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again.
Can’t imagine doing this over and over again every time I’m driving and want some clear notes for a couple of paragraphs every day.
Obviously won’t be purchasing now that it failed the simple will it do the basics of working at least good enough I can remember what I wanted to transcribe.
Off to find another successful product that works on a phone and won’t cost $300 😳

Not Live
If you are looking for a live transcription from speech to text. I bought this because I am hearing impaired and was hoping to use to get a live transcription. Turns you have to submit the recording and then they email it to you. I am disappointed and immediately canceled my subscription. Hoping to get my money back for the first month.

Would not recommend
Limits amount of time you can record and requires additional costs which is not clearly disclosed when purchasing. Also very difficult to cancel the monthly charge. I emailed requesting cancellation after several attempts through Apple ID were unsuccessful with no response.
