Lack of verification
I have bought tickets twice for two different games and both time I got into a dispute. First, someone whatsapp these guys the tickets I bought and they were seating on my seats (just bought them though the app). Second, I bought an upgrade and they were old game tickets. I couldn’t do anything about it. I disputed the money and haven’t received anything yet.
Lastly, I sold my tickets and have not received anything yet.

Location
For some reason it won’t let me search for tickets in places other than Miami. And it says my location is in Miami and I tried to change it to Oklahoma City and nothing popped up.
How?
This app is amazing... I met a couple of kids outside of the Miami heat stadium promoting it and used it for the game against the kings, me and my brother were able to upgrade to section 104 for only 25$. Given it was the second quarter but still unbelievable seats and a great game!!

A genius creation, perfect for any sports fan. Seriously considering never buying tickets anywhere else again.

Genius idea. Having used this app firsthand, I can vouch this has completely changed my love sports watching experience. Bravo!
Great Concept, Better Execution
I learned about this app through and friend and was floored that no one has thought about this before. Having the ability to upgrade my seats mid-event has saved me tons of money and is so easy to do. Strongly recommend to anyone that goes to concerts/sporting events/etc- you’ll never look back!
Game changer
I downloaded this app not expecting much to come of it, thinking it was just another ticket reselling service like SeatGeek or stubhub. It totally blew my expectations away though. My friends and I had 9$ nosebleed seats to the Celtics-nuggets game and we’re able to upgrade to 100 level seats at halftime for just 20$ more. It completely elevated the experience and got us all even more excited for the game. Thanks nosebleed!
