Apparently only option is google sign in

I contacted this company to inquire about other sign up options but received no response. I refuse to sign up/in using google sign in and you should too. If the company responds to this review. The only acceptable response needs to be that there are other options for sign up.

Hi basccwr! Sorry if we missed your message! We just checked our emails, private messages, everywhere... but we can't find your note. Regardless, yes, we will offer sign up options other than Google - including Apple, Facebook, etc. The rub is, for us, there is a significant cost to make that happen. We could either invest in creating another door to entry... or use that same $$$ to make RunBuddy better! We have an update going live any moment that does just that - greater GPS accuracy, Strava compatibility, you can use RunBuddy as an activity tracker now, your Buddy can text/call you faster, etc - there's a lot in this next update! For now please bare with us. The additional sign ins are coming. Thanks for your patience! -Scott Sutter, COO

Excellent Response Time

I initially had some issues after first downloading the app, but the app owner was quick to respond and help me fix the issue. Works like a charm now!

Cant even get past the set up page

I tried to sign up without a subscription but I cannot even get past the sign up page. Seems like there is something below my email but I am stuck there.

I would really benefit from an app like thus bc I run alone.

Hi ATLbound! Sorry you ran into this bug. On 4/1/2020, we updated RunBuddy to version 1.1.3. This version allows users with larger text settings to scroll their screens. We definitely want you to be safe while running! Please make sure your phone updated to version 1.1.3 and give RunBuddy another shot!
