Difficult Navigation
I can not find any of the information I need. I would like to know what has been paid off, how much longer I will be in the program before my debt is paid off. Also, which accounts still have balances and what those balances are.
Needs much work
I agree with the previous reviewer. This is shameful- keeps client in the dark! Needs to list when the final payment is, when the debts were paid off & for what amount, etc.
What a Joke!!!
Went online to setup account. Downloaded app and entered my login info. Came back saying my info was wrong. How many more negative comments do you need before you do something about this piece-of-crap app?!!!

This app won’t even let me log in anymore. Smh

A 5 year old could write a better app. This has nothing to offer the customer. Let us hope either they make a better app or fire the developers of this app.
Extremely mad
I downloaded the app to check out my account and I to have noticed numerous fees. I can no longer get into the app nor go onto the website. One of the fees was over $300. For what ripping people off. I contacted my lawyer about this!!!!

Needs tons of work
The developers of this application should be ashamed. They need to put themselves in our shoes and think about if this app is even acceptable. Very little account information is available. How many more payments left? Etc....

I can’t even log in after setting up online account. Also continuous error messages making it impossible to view the app! Please fix

It’s not friendly to navigate...Adding the finger print to log in will make it much better
