Go with housecall pro
We switched from housecall pro to this app at out company and is is terrible. No jobs cross-reference each other, the is no customer history button. Pretty much all this app is good for is NOTHING!! It uploads pictures fast. There is way better ones out there that cost much less. Hopefully we will be switching back soon because this app causes more frustration than anything else.

Photos take forever now
Since the update this list weekend I now have to wait as long as 13 seconds between shots, big big problem for a guy that takes 2500+ pictures per week, sometimes it’s 1,000 pics in a day, again it’s a big problem, also no lasting banners from notifications left on my locked screens tho they are allowed. Roof leaked all night cause I was notified except a pop up notification.

The new update took the option of translating the work order off. This was a big plus for me! Please put it back!

What in the world is wrong with this app?? Did they go out of business, did they discontinue service??? Why doesn’t it work????
One year later still won’t send a code
Would be great to commit with crews but it won’t send me the initial activation code.

I like a lot this app, but can make more easy if you add the option of COPY & PASTE

Will not send activation code.
When I enter my phone number and hit “request code”
The app goes to the next screen, but it never sends a code to my phone. I’ve tried iPhone and android.. not working. Looking forward to using this app when issue is corrected
