I’ve been using this app every time I go to playa bowls, but just realized the points never go through.
Convenience fee on your own app?!
Love Playa Bowls but a company’s own app should not charge a convenience fee for ordering through it. Especially not when the app is as buggy as it is. Error messages are frequent and garbled. Notifications that an order is ready seem to be auto-generated by a 15 minute timer and aren’t reflective of actual order status. It’s by far the worst app I use regularly.

Can’t sign in, app says it will verify number I’ve been using in store, but i never get a text. No help, or account creation in app? 😩
Crashes A LOT

I love playa bowls but this app has never worked well. Just now I decided to give it a chance again. Unfortunately, I’m now on my third attempt to send in an order and the whole thing freezes.

Can’t get in
Won’t let me choose a location to even use the app.
Cant even log in to the app
I can’t even log into the app. It will ask me to verify my phone number and then no text message is ever sent, meaning I cant confirm my number or use the app at all.
Great food, horrible app!
I like the food but can’t create an online account or verify the phone number on the app. If thousands of people are like me, playa bowls has an opportunity to potentially increase there sales if they get there intern to fix the app.
Need to add Apple Pay
Not sure why I have to manually enter my cc info I want to conveniently pay for my items and not have to pull out my wallet. Adding Apple Pay for the app should be done especially since you offer it at the store too.
