Worst app for using secondary phone

Text feature doesn't work because the destination phone number is within US and Call notifiations don't work either. The 1 star review is because the support email is of no use. Sent multiple emails for help but no one cares. I would rather pay $10 and get better app.

Can’t send text to a friend outside

Been trying to reach out to my friends outside from Puerto Rico and text won’t go through to another country such as sending text to usa and it restricted it not allowing text to go through. Why is that so it makes no sense.

SCAM, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AFTER YOU CANCEL

i cancelled my free trial (which was stupid anyways because it never even gave me a phone number and never worked in the first place) and they still trying to charge me $7.99! beware! they'll steal from you and scam you with an app that's trash and don't even work. if you don't wanna lose $8 and give it away for free, don't sign up!

Worse experience 😪

I don’t understand why someone would build an app, make it popular, and then not care if customers have issues. I’ve spent a lot of money on this app. I recently tried to renew, and after paying, my number isn’t receiving anything. I’ve messaged several times, but no replies. I’ve used the number for many important things, hoping I would continue using it for years.

Bug fix

I have been using the app for 3 months, and everything was fine. My number expired, and I paid for the renewal, but until today I can't receive text messages or calls on my number. The number shows on my profile, but when I try to call or send text messages, it says I should get a number. I’ve messaged support via email several times, but I'm getting no response.
