Times out With Large Accounts
If you have a large account, such as myself, do not get the premium. I thought it would be worth it to see who wasn’t following me back for certain promotions but as soon as I purchased the subscription it wouldn’t let me see those analytics because my account was just too large to handle

Most stuff don’t work
I paid to be premium and most the stuff still don’t work. The app closes everytime u try to open something. I contacted them about it they said they would fix it. Been weeks still not fixed contacted them two more times still no answer don’t waste your money.

You WILL be hacked!
The people who are rating it 5 stars have to be getting paid or something. I didn’t believe I would get hacked so I logged into it once and now my account is disabled! Everytime I try to do something it says they are limiting what I can do on Instagram. Instagram has emailed me about multiple sign ins on my account. Do not download!!

Paid for feature that doesn’t work
My main reason for going with a paid service was to get the “Stalkers” option to see who has been stalking my page. We’ll fast forward a week and a half and two weekly payments, it has never worked. The mass unfollow only allows for 200 people a day which wasn’t pertinently displayed. The ability to mass unfollow thousands of people at a time was also a reason for my purchase, now regrettable. Don’t waste your money, trying to figure out how to get a refund now smh.

needs improvement
the layout and theme of the app is really nice. it’s very appealing to the eye so shout out to whoever did the color themes etc! the reason i gave it 3 stars and not 5 is because the app itself currently is not working. it shows i’ve lost over 900 followers but those people still follow me. might be a bug but yeah overall nice on the eyes but unfortunately does not work right now.

Wildly inaccurate, painful user experience.
It doesn’t bother me too much that any data it does capture is about a day and a half behind as much as much of it being wrong. I can see followers come and go on IG that are never shown on this app. The notion that anyone would pay the astronomical prices for any of their “premium” services is beyond me.

Bought premium and it won’t load
Terrible, I paid for premium and it won’t load, I’ve tried countless times and it refuses too. even when I’ve tried for a refund I am not able to.

They’ll take your money and never respond to you
I downloaded the app, and paid for a year in advance. I logged out and logged back in (as error message encouraged me to do when one of the app functions stopped working) once I logged back in my subscription was all but erased, none of the functions I paid for stilled worked such as the “not following me back” function. I emailed their customer service three times, and have not heard back in days. They basically took my money and then retracted the subscription I paid for the entire year! What a scam!
