Is it the book publisher or Glassboxx

I have sent Glassboxx Help three emails today because my purchased book is not downloading. Their only response was that I read the FAQs - none of which address my problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app at least five times. I have restarted my iPad. I plan to cancel my order and purchase the book from Amazon and use the Kindle app. Poor customer service and an app that doesn’t work on my IPad Air.

Wonderful app for listening and reading the book

This is the best app for book reading and listening so far. I use a kindle to listen books, still I enjoy it. It’s UI is so unique and smooth that it can even beat a kindle sometimes. I loved this app so much, all the features are great.

Did what it should!

Bought an Audio book and was directed to download Glassboxx, did so and the book was there when I logged in. Downloaded ok and worked fine - very happy thanks!

Swift support leads to happy user

UPDATE
Changing this review based on the developer’s swift, helpful reply.
The app now works, and I am able to use it as hoped.
Would love it the orientation would change, but this is minor.
Most important is the ability to access the books.

ORIGINAL REVIEW
I rely on this app because it is the only way to access two music textbooks that are vital, and that were not inexpensive.
However it no longer opens.
As a consequence, I cannot use the books at present.
This is quite frustrating.

I will gladly change my review once the developer clears this up.

Very poor experiece for payed content

I am sorry to give one star but there is no other option. I was forced to install an app after buying an ebook. Resizing text work very poorly and you have to restart an app to make it work. Huge margins make reading experience tragic. No landscape mode. The thing is - all this is very easy to fix. First remove the huge margins - its 5 minutes job unless devs did something weird. Then add recalculation after changing font size, now pages simply dont match. Better font would be nice.
I read tons of books on most popular reading app and I see the huge difference.

Help staff are excellent - working smoothly

First time user having some trouble getting the book I purchased to function correctly. Also to place it on the two devices I read books and listen to audiobooks on. The Glassboxx help was almost instantly available and I was able to quickly access my book. Looks like a good app and works smoothly now. Thank you help team!

App doesn’t work

Had to download app to access a cookbook from an Italian chef. App does not run and is currently in purgatory, just the spinning wheel and nothing loads.
