Tried to set up account and login. It wouldn’t let me. Emailed for help. Told me to download the app. Duhhhh. How would I try to login without the app? Two more replies with no help and now I’m ghosted. No help. I live in the same state as the company. Love supporting my own state and I get shafted. Will be returning the device soon, unless I hear back with some kind of help.
